Device configuring and structural requirement

3. Configured with a three dimensional adjustable photoelectric sampler with multi-functions,

    which can accurately receive the marks of mechanical meters as well as the stroboflash

    signals of electronic meters.

Main function

1. Normal functions

1) Test various single phase and three phase energy meters;

2) Test the reactive energy meters in various measuring principles;

3) Full automatically test shunt running, starting ,basic error, standard error,24h variation etc.

    according to the standard of Electricity Industry or discretionary schemes .

4) All the color patches recognized automatically and tested will stay in front to make the test

    of shunt running and starting testing easier. It can calculate the waiting time for starting test

    and shunt running test according to specified requirements and judge whether the test is qualified.

5) Test the changing caused by voltage, frequency, harmonics, negative phase sequence, voltage

    unbalance, external magnetic field and other factors.

6) With wide measuring range of the device output, it can test various energy meters with normal

    measuring range. The measuring range of current (including 100A)and voltage can be automatically

    switched. With large surplus capacity of output power ,it can work stably for long time with max load.

7) It can automatically monitor the testing process by computer, modify the data ,judge the testing

    inclusion and save data as well as look through ,search and print test certificate and record.

8) It supports the barcode input, error curves graph, user system, setting of max error and min error,

    various testing schemes, setting of management limits, weekly testing plan etc.

9) It can timely display phasor diagram and curves graph of corresponding phase voltage and current

10) It can test the harmonics influence and set the harmonics within twice ～21 times, load harmonics

     within 0-40%,harmonics phase position within 0 ～ 360°

11) It can measure the curve distortion of current and voltage.

12) It is configured with RS-232 communication interface.

13) It has the function of breakpoint resume and allows the test of hanging up any meter position

      and to pause or continue the current test.

14) It has the function of running test. 15) It has the function soft starting and stopping of output

      voltage and current; the function of protecting the short-circuit of voltage output terminal and

      open-circuit of current output terminal;alarming function; It can protect the amplifier of output
